We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Truck Shop Manager to oversee our nighttime operations and ensure our trucks are ready for the road every morning.

 

Responsibilities include managing the maintenance and repair of our fleet during the night shift and lead a team of skilled mechanics and ensure that all repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

 

This role is critical in minimizing downtime and ensuring that our trucks are in optimal condition for daily operation. - Oversee preventive maintenance, Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, providing guidance and support to our team. - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities. - Communicate with daytime management to report on progress, issues, and any necessary follow-up work.

 

**Qualifications:** - Proven experience in truck maintenance and repair, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the trucking industry. - Willingness to work the night shift.  Competitive salary and benefits package.
